SIAC Congress 2016This is a special event as we are celebrating our Silver Jubilee this year, and the Congress coincides with the global launch of our new SIAC Arbitration Rules and SIAC Investment Arbitration Rules.
The Congress programme focuses on the new provisions in the revised Arbitration Rules, such as procedures for joinder, consolidation and multiple contracts, revisions to our existing Emergency Arbitrator and Expedited Procedure provisions as well as our draft Rules for Investment Arbitration.
Our line-up of eminent panellists includes distinguished members of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, other leading arbitration practitioners and senior in-house counsel, who will share their collective insights and views on current hot topics, recent global trends and developments and what lies ahead in the complex world of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
